Walk-on-ability

Walk-on-ability is an important aspect for any roof, in particular for the traffic during installation of the roofing material and for the traffic associated with installations accessible from the roof.

Roofing materials properly formulated using Kraton® polymers show a resistance to deformation at elevated temperatures but the rebound after deformation reduces and remaining footprints after passage. Advanced polymers can be applied to reduce the foot-printing at more elevated temperatures, related to laying of the felt.
