HONG KONG (April 28, 2004) – Kraton Polymers will highlight its commitment to the Chinese plastics industry and product manufacturers in the region when it returns to Shanghai for Chinaplas 2004, June 29 – July 2, 2004.

Latest product innovations and the service and support available from the world’s leading manufacturer and supplier of styrenic block copolymers (SBCs) will be the key focus of Kraton Polymers exhibit at the annual tradeshow.

Kraton Polymers pioneered SBC technology in the 1960s. Its high-performance products offer performance and processing benefits to compounds and finished products used around the world. Applications in the toy industry, footwear, packaging, automotive, sports, household and consumer goods are among the sectors taking advantage of such benefits as soft-touch, clarity, flexibility, weather resistance, improved grip, good adhesion and ease of processing.

Kraton polymers-based compounds and polymers are reprocessable and can be used as compounding ingredients or modifiers for the production of moulded, thermoformed, dipped and extruded goods, elastic films and fibres.
